Tampa, Fla. – Dianne Jacob, SVP and Director of Client and Community Relations with PNC Bank, was selected as the recipient of the 2020 Dottie Berger MacKinnon Woman of Influence Award, presented by the Tampa Bay Chamber.
Dianne has achieved a vice president level in commercial interior design, commercial real estate, the construction industry, and tourism. Through Visit Tampa Bay, her team was awarded 2 Super Bowls and the Republican National Convention in 2012.
Dianne was a member of the 1992 Leadership Tampa Class, chaired the classes in 1997, 1998, and served as the Chair of Leadership Tampa Alumni in 2002 and 2011. As a member of Leadership Florida Cornerstone Class XXVIII, Leadership Education Class III and LF Board of Directors, Dianne worked to develop its young professional leadership development program, the CONNECT FLORIDA INSTITUTE. She has served on more than 40 non-profit boards now focused on Early Childhood Education through PNC Foundation’s, Grow Up Great initiative, and serves on the Board of The Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County, Champions for Children, The Children’s Movement and developed an early learning initiative, Little Kids, Big Minds, with 12 cultural institutions in Tampa.
The Woman of Influence Award recognizes a woman whose leadership has made a positive impact in Hillsborough County. It pays tribute to an individual who exemplifies outstanding professional values; demonstrates the ability to go above and beyond the normal expectations of a leader; and serves as an inspiration to the community. Dianne Jacob received recognition during the Chamber’s 14th Annual Women of Influence Luncheon featuring Shiza Shahid, world-renowned activist, entrepreneur, and impact leader.
