The Chamber is proud to recognize Ashley Neal of Turning Point of Tampa as the Tampa Bay Chamber Ambassador of the Quarter!  Four times a year, the Chamber honors volunteers who stand out from the rest through their undeniable commitment to excellence. Volunteer Ambassadors serve a very important part of the Chamber’s mission of building business success in our community.

Ashley is a dedicated Ambassador always prepared to support Chamber members.  She is a gifted and knowledgeable leader who represents the Chamber and her company with a great smile and the 9genuine desire to help.

Ashley is the PR & Media Strategist for Turning Point of Tampa, a Florida Native and a person in long term recovery. With a bachelor’s degree in Communications and over 15 years’ experience in the nonprofit and private sector, she has a keen awareness of the community, a strong set of personal & professional ethics and knows how to get things done. Ashley has lived and worked in the Greater Tampa Bay Area her entire life and is a fierce advocate for addiction recovery, public policy, and meaningful community involvement.

In her current role, Ashley contributes to business development through both traditional and new media, community engagement and business to business relationship management. In addition to serving as a Chamber Ambassador, she serves as the State Lead for the Florida Alliance for State Advocacy, is member of the Kiwanis Club of Lakeland and is active in the local recovery community. Her passions for media & addiction recovery awareness recently came together in the form of The Point is Recovery Podcast, where she is a cohost who talks with guests about Addiction, Eating Disorders and Mental Health.

Ashley lives in Lakeland with her husband Rob, daughter Caycie and 2 Boxers, Laurel & Nash. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to podcasts, cooking, and gardening.
