It’s a 43-year tradition and going strong. The Tampa Bay Chamber is proud to announce this year’s finalist for Outstanding Small Business Leader and the semifinalists for the Small Business of the Year Awards. Each year hundreds of companies participate in the process spanning several months of interviews and research to select winners in five categories: Startup of the Year; Business with 5 – 20 employees; 21 – 50 employees; and 51 – 250 employees; plus Outstanding Leader of the Year.

“We had a large and competitive pool of nominations and applicants,” said Samantha E. Abraham, 2023 Chair of the SBOY Committee. “I’m so excited about the diversity of the semi-finalists this year. There are so many quality businesses in different industries with unique backgrounds and compelling stories. Every year the competition gets fiercer, and our applicants continue to showcase how Tampa Bay is a hub for small business!”
