Artificial Intelligence technology is becoming more and more commonplace across industries. Whether you are a healthcare system or small business, how you communicate with your customers can be hyper-focused when “AI” is in the mix.

If you’re wondering how AI is used in marketing, experts point to some basics, describing it as a powerful tool to gather insights about customers faster than ever before.
