Circle of Influence welcomed a room – filled with business leaders to hear from Kathy Marinello, President & Chief Executive Officer of PODS. Recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the "Most Powerful Women in 2018", Marinello shared her leadership journey, the importance of mindset in your career, and told insightful stories about the challenges and opportunities in navigating the post-pandemic business landscape. Leading the first portion of the fireside-chat style conversation was Board Chair Brian Butler.
During the Q&A with the audience, Marinello told guests that 80% of your staff experience the same frustrations as your customers, so staying in tune with your teams provides important insight into the needs and preferences of your target consumer. It's sound advice from the leader of the company named #1 moving and storage company of 2023 by Move.org after a 3-year analysis of approximately 16,000 customer reviews and 300 quotes to find the best moving container companies in the U.S.
