Tampa Bay Business & Wealth Magazine has revealed this year's finalists for its Women Who Win Awards. Congratulations to the more than 30 finalists on this list with Chamber ties - more than 60% of the finalists! In all, 54 amazing women are named in 14 highly competitive categories. New this year, TBBW implemented blind judging - nominees' names were not included in the information packets the panel of 2024 judges received, ensuring finalists and winners are chosen purely on merit. Judges weighed the key metrics of business and professional success, community engagement and mentorship.

The 2024 list of who's who includes Chamber Board Member Ali St Cyr, of Tomlin St Cyr Real Estate Services; Lennise Germany, Chief Executive Officer of Livy O’s Catering, and part of the 2022 Cohort of the Chamber’s Minority Business Accelerator and the 2023 Chair of the Chamber’s Minority Empowerment Program; and Rebecca Siviglia, Assistant General Counsel of Moffitt Cancer Center and actively engaged in the Chamber’s Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay, Workforce Development Committee, Policy Council and Collegiate Leadership Program’s Selection Committee.

In the Education Category, three of the four finalists are Chamber Members! Congrats to Lynette Barcewicz and Bernadette Pello of Livingstone Schools – engaged in our Chamber’s Women of Influence Committee, Workforce Development Committee and Policy Advisory Council. Also a finalist in this education category is Chamber Member Alison Fraga of the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County.

In the Healthcare Category, all three finalists are Chamber Members! Congrats to Merritt Martin, Vice President and Chief of Staff of Moffitt Cancer Center, Kate Sawa, President of St. Joseph’s Hospitals Foundation, and Kimberly Williams, Director of Community Benefit of AdventHealth West Florida Division.
