Dallas, TX - Tampa Bay Chamber Vice President of Economic Inclusion & Leadership Programs Among Subject Experts Selected from Across the Nation! The Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) drew thousands of people to its Annual Conference, held in Dallas this summer, with guest speakers traveling from Massachusetts to Washington State. Congratulations to our Chamber’s Vice President of Economic Inclusion and Leadership Programs, Avril Stinson, who was among the select subject experts invited to present on ACCE’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion track. Avril shared how chambers are supporting and adapting their DEI work in the face of state and local dynamics that have become increasingly politicized in many parts of the country. Sharing success stories from our Chamber’s Minority Business Accelerator (MBA) and more, Avril shared ideas on how your organization can support DEI while maintaining relationships with political entities. The opportunity to present at the ACCE Annual Conference comes just one year after our Chamber presented our MBA program during the World Chambers Congress in Geneva, Switzerland.
