"I saw a need in the marketplace to give car enthusiasts a place to enjoy their passions together and build a community,” said Brad Oleshansky, Founder and CEO of The Motor Enclave.

An experiential motorsports venue, The Motor Enclave is home to the largest private garage community in the world, boasting a 40,000 square foot event space and exhilarating public driving experiences on its 200-acres. It’s located just 15 minutes from Downtown Tampa.

The brand-new event space is equipped with onsite catering and can seat up to 1,200 people. “The venue can host any kind of event imaginable,” Oleshansky says. “From corporate events to team-building activities to weddings.” Situated right on The Motor Enclave’s performance circuit, guests can participate in adrenaline filled activities. Since opening, The Motor Enclave’s event space has hosted the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ annual partner meeting, dozens of large charity events and more. Oleshansky invites interested parties to reach out for a tour.

“You can’t really envision it until you see it in person,” Oleshansky said. “So, we welcome anybody to call us and schedule a tour to see what we have to offer.”

The venue doesn’t just cater to car aficionados. It has also created public driving events for the general public, including The Adrenaline Experience, an exciting 4-hour journey in which participants engage in off-road, autocross, and performance circuit experiences that are guided by professional drivers in one of their high-performance vehicles. This summer, the venue hosted its Full Speed Father’s Day Brunch, in which 350 visitors enjoyed an on-site brunch followed by exhilarating performance circuit thrill-rides, driving simulators, a photo both, and more.

“Across all audiences we make people smile,” Oleshansky said. “It’s hard to leave here not having had fun.”

The innovative facility was created by Oleshansky, a former entertainment lawyer, healthcare entrepreneur, and now premier motorsports venue developer. Oleshansky traces his passion for cars back to his childhood, watching his father build cars in their family garage in Michigan.

“I was around cars my whole childhood,” he said. “Going to car shows, I saw people’s passion for it from an early age.”

After two successful careers in two very different industries, Oleshansky decided it was time to return to his first love, cars.

“I worked in Hollywood for 12 years and then moved back home to Michigan to work in a different industry, healthcare. Then I sold the business,” he said. “I was interested in tying my next work life iteration into something that I was passionate about, which was cars.”

After conducting extensive market research, Oleshansky opened the first version of this project, called M1 Concourse in Pontiac, Michigan. At this first location, he perfected the business model that he brought to Tampa in 2019.

Purchasing the 200-acre site near Downtown Tampa from the Bartolotti family, Oleshansky set about transforming the former dairy farm into a car enthusiast’s playground. He began development of The Motor Enclave in 2020. The company celebrated the grand opening of its event space in January of 2024, and plans to continue to expand.

“We’ve got way more events planned for the public that we’re going to be rolling out over the next several months, and our corporate event business is growing,” Oleshansky said. “We’re continuing to grow the business and add more and more programming so that people can enjoy themselves here in a variety of ways.”

The Motor Enclave has been a member of the Tampa Bay Chamber since 2024. “We really rely on networking through organizations like the Chamber,” Oleshansky said. “Working within the community and chambers of commerce has always been very successful for us.”
