Both mayors and Nneka were on-hand for the double ribbon cutting on July 10, 2024 -  first done at ground level and then moved up to the second floor balcony of the municipal parking garage. The mural is a GFA collaboration with the Tampa Downtown Partnership and the City of Tampa's Mobility Parking Department.
