Tampa, Fla. –  The Tampa Bay Chamber had the honor of kicking off the region’s commencement season by celebrating the Collegiate Leadership Tampa Bay Class of 2025. On April 4, 2025, 29 exceptional students from Saint Leo University, the University of Tampa, and the University of South Florida were recognized by local business and community leaders during a special ceremony at the University Club in downtown Tampa.

The 2025 cohort marks the fifth graduating class of the program. Throughout the program year, which runs from August to April, students embark on monthly program days throughout the community, where they receive behind-the-scenes access to Tampa businesses and organizations and connect with community leaders. The students are also paired with a mentor from the Tampa Bay Chamber’s Emerging Leaders program to help guide them as they transition into careers post-grad.

Collegiate Leadership is generously sponsored by the Bellini Foundation and Riley Education Foundation. Tuition is covered by each university, allowing the students to participate at no cost. Special thanks to CL’25 Chair Yvette Segura, President of Yvette Segura Consulting and 2021 Chair of the Chamber’s Board of Directors, and CL’25 Vice Chair, Antoine Richards, I-DIEM.

Congratulations to the Collegiate Leadership Class of 2025!
