The Tampa Bay Chamber proudly celebrated the Tampa Bay Business Accelerator’s (TBBA) Class of 2025. For the past two years, this cohort of entrepreneurs strengthened their companies and expanded their networks while contributing to the economic vitality of the region.

These businesses reflect the heart of Tampa Bay’s small-business community, and their collective impact showcases the power of collaboration.  Since the inception of TBBA through Q1 2025, participating companies have generated more than $105 million in gross sales and created more than 905 new jobs. This year, the Chamber celebrated two ribbon cuttings from Cohort ’25—milestones that symbolize both growth and community investment.

Congratulations to this year’s graduates:
A&A's Complete Janitorial; ClearPath Health; CLEMCO.AV; Eggs Up Grill; Ernest Walker Insurance Agency; Halo Solutions; Premier Choice Group; SGD Communications; and TrueCandor Behavioral Health.

The event featured keynote remarks from TBBA alum Sherrel Sampson, Founder & CEO of Canviiy, who shared insights on scaling with purpose and courage.

"Being part of the TBBA community is about more than business growth—it’s about connection, collaboration, and building a network that lifts everyone up. Watching this class of entrepreneurs harness their talent and create real impact for Tampa Bay has been truly inspiring,” said Sampson.

Tampa Bay Chamber Chair Edwin Narain highlighted program wins, while Cohort Chair Kadian Douglas of Douglas CPAs and Consultants presented graduation awards.

Of the class, Narain said, "Watching Cohort ’25 grow, collaborate, and achieve so much over two years is a true testament to the strength of Tampa Bay’s entrepreneurial community."

The Tampa Bay Chamber extends deep appreciation to our Mentors and Leadership Council and subject matter experts.

This year’s cohort would not have been made possible without our generous supporters.
