The 2025 Aspire Program continued its mission to elevate young professionals through education, empowerment, and engagement—preparing the next generation of Tampa Bay business leaders to create positive change for the region. Across four dynamic sessions, a cohort of Emerging Leaders explored entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, financial literacy, hiring strategies, performance feedback, and work-life integration. Each session was intentionally designed to strengthen leadership skills, expand perspectives, and support long-term professional growth.


The program’s success was made possible through the generous support of its partners. A special thank-you to Presenting Sponsor: Ice Cold Air, and Session Sponsors: IAT and Suncoast Credit Union, whose commitment helped deliver meaningful, high-impact programming.


Aspire also benefited from an outstanding lineup of speakers and facilitators. Ashley Butler, Jeff Minaya, Jeff Gigante, Ernest Hooper, Jeff Chernoff, Shay Russell, Wyatt Krapf, and Desiree Phelps shared their expertise, experience, and leadership, providing invaluable insight and inspiration to the cohort.


Aspire exists to educate, empower, and engage emerging professionals, and the energy and participation throughout 2025 reinforced the strong demand for deeper leadership development opportunities in the Tampa Bay region. Thank you to everyone who participated, supported, and helped bring the 2025 Aspire Program to a meaningful close.
