Position Summary
The Creative Services Manager at the Tampa Bay Chamber is a professional graphic designer and web content manager accountable for the Chamber’s website, the design content of all Chamber publications, and the official branding of events and programming. This role serves as the designer of the Chamber’s business brand across the organization and supports the Senior Director in the Communications Department to keep said branding consistent and aligned with the strategy set forth by executive leadership. Because of the technical nature of this work, it requires software proficiencies in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Work Schedule and Environment
This position occasionally requires attendance at events and meetings held outside of standard business hours, including early mornings and evenings. Following the successful completion of a 90-day onboarding period, employees are eligible to participate in the Chamber’s flexible work model. This approach allows team members to work from home when not required to be onsite for in-person meetings, events, or other organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Creation of event collateral for all Chamber departments and events.
- Design layout for digital and print publications, editing / integrating photographs, artworks, graphics and branding.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of best practices for all collateral, including print documents, social media graphics, website images, email marketing, highway billboards, event signage, presentations, and media advertisement.
- Possess a strong knowledge of best-practices in website responsive design, content strategy and updating the Chamber website via a content-management systems (CMS).
- Coordinate with staff and third-party CMS service providers for troubleshooting website issues.
- Produce visual solutions to communication problems by analyzing the condition and finding the most appropriate means of delivering a message.
- Responsible for adding and maintaining photography and video to Chamber website to enhance programming webpages and/or events. This includes uploading event footage and member testimonials, as assigned.
- Assist with design and integration of forms for electronic distribution/collection.
- Work with Communications personnel to develop and manage website content strategy and assist with other marketing media strategies.
Specifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, or demonstrated experience, in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media or related field required.
- Experience: 3 – 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, creative services, and/or digital marketing required; preferably in a Chamber of Commerce, nonprofit, or business association setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attributes: Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and work ethic. Capable of multitasking and thriving with minimal supervision while always maintaining professionalism.
- Work Authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Salary
The salary range for this position is $62,400 - $67,600.
