About the MBA Program:
Designed for established businesses with high-growth potential, the MBA provides intensive support to help scale operations, drive profitability, create jobs, and expand market opportunities. Participants receive customized coaching, expert resources, access to capital pathways, and a powerful network of business and community leaders invested in their success.

- Black or Hispanic business owners seeking structured growth support
- Small business owners and entrepreneurs interested in scaling and new opportunities

Minimum Qualifications to Apply for the MBA Program:
- Black or Hispanic-owned and operated (51% or more ownership)
- Headquartered in the Tampa Bay region (Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, or Manatee County)
- Annual gross revenue of $500,000 or more
- A current business plan with a well-defined strategy for growth
