To elevate young professionals through education, empowerment, and engagement to prepare the next generation of Tampa Bay business leaders to create positive change for the region.

Program Overview

The challenges leaders in the Tampa Bay business community face today have never been so constant. Economic growth, workforce decline, social unrest and health crises to name a few are calling for young professionals to develop leadership skills for a growing and ever evolving Tampa Bay. As a valuable addition to the Emerging Leaders program, this leadership development program will provide a framework of professional development skills, increase opportunities for advancement and sustain a pipeline of agile local leaders.

The Aspire program will be facilitated in four (4), three (3) hour comprehensive sessions with a cohort of 50 Emerging Leaders.

Qualifications

• Must be a current member of Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay
• Submit the commitment form with your application
• Nonrefundable program fee of $100 is required
• Must attend all sessions
• Must attend 2 part Board Governance series to receive certificate

• Session 1: Thursday, October 9, 2025 – Entrepreneurial Thinking & Innovation
• Session 2: Thursday, October 23, 2025 – The Power of Feedback
• Session 3: Thursday, November 13, 2025 – Financial Literacy & Innovative Hiring Strategies
• Session 4: Thursday, November 20, 2025 – Work-Life Integration & Time Management

Topics are subject to change due to the availability of the speakers and facilitators. Sessions are two and a half hours, 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
