Event Cancellation Policy
Some Chamber events carry a unique cancellation policy. Unless otherwise noted on the event registration page, the following applies:
Individual Attendees
For registered event attendees, the Tampa Bay Chamber has a five-business-day cancellation policy, unless otherwise noted on an event's registration page. Registered attendees may receive a full refund if a written cancellation notice is provided to the Tampa Bay Chamber at least 5 business days prior to the event. For the purposes of this policy, business days are defined as Monday through Friday. Refunds will not be issued for day-of no-shows, including those due to illness, travel delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Substitutions for registered attendees are welcome.
Corporate Tables
Refunds will not be issued after registration is submitted. Substitutions for corporate table attendees are welcome.
Please note
Substitutions for attendees are not available for events that require security clearances.
