Leadership Tampa Scholarships

Leadership Tampa offers 3 scholarships. A full scholarship is valued at $5,000*. The scholarship covers the tuition for the full year and for the two overnight retreats. In certain cases, Leadership Tampa can offer a limited number of partial scholarships depending upon the applicant pool.

Limited scholarship opportunities exist. The scholarship application must be completed at the same time as your Leadership Tampa application. No scholarship will be provided without a completed scholarship application.

Scholarships/tuition assistance will be considered only after the applicant is selected for the Leadership Tampa class.

Your request for a scholarship/tuition assistance in no way influences the selection process and will remain confidential.

Scholarships and Criteria

All scholarship applicants must have a demonstrated history of volunteerism in Tampa or elsewhere and meet all other Leadership Tampa application criteria.

Leadership Tampa Alumni Minority Scholarship

Are from a minority group (e.g. Asian, Black, Hispanic or Native American).

Leadership Tampa can provide one full scholarship or multiple partial scholarships for minority applicants who require tuition assistance.

Leadership Tampa Alumni Nonprofit And Civil Service Scholarship

Work for a 501(c)3 tax- exempt nonprofit or civil service organization.

Thom Stork Memorial Hospitality Scholarship

Work for a hospitality organization.

Application Deadline

This scholarship application has been extended to be due no later than May 6, 2025 at 5:00 pm. No late submissions will be accepted.
