Children’s Network of Hillsborough, LLC is the community-based lead agency responsible for administering the child welfare system in Hillsborough County, Florida. Founded in 2022, the organization works to support child safety, prevent abuse and neglect, help children achieve permanency, and strengthen families across Judicial Circuit 13. Operating under contract with the Florida Department of Children and Families, Children’s Network of Hillsborough collaborates with caregivers, service providers, and more than 70 community partners throughout the Tampa Bay region. Through these partnerships, the organization helps build pathways to safety, stability, and hope for children and families in the community.
