Construction Corps is a veteran-owned design-build general contractor in Clearwater, FL serving Tampa Bay. We design, engineer, permit, and build custom homes, home additions, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), garage conversions, whole-home remodels, and storm damage rebuilds, plus commercial renovations, office and medical build-outs, retail tenant improvements, and multifamily value-add renovations.

Design, engineering, permitting, and project management are managed in-house under one contract. Field work is performed by our W-2 crews and vetted licensed trade partners. Founded in 2022 by an Army combat veteran with 35+ years in construction.

For property owners and investors, we handle repositioning projects, capital improvements, and commercial build-outs, planned around a realistic budget from the start.
