The Tampa Organization of Black Affairs (TOBA) is a nonpartisan, grassroots organization dedicated to empowering the Black community in the Tampa Bay area through political education, economic development, and youth mentorship. Founded in 1979, the nonprofit actively promotes civic engagement by hosting voter registration drives, organizing political candidate forums, and educating citizens on local policies.
