2022 Annual Report

The Chamber’s Annual Report gives us the opportunity to showcase our members and highlight the outreach programming and advocacy we do year-round, resulting in a positive impact in the Tampa Bay region. The accolades and successes you’ll see unfolding in these pages represent success for our entire community and would not be possible without our dedicated Chamber members serving on committees.

In alignment with our Vision 2026 plan, we are more than half-way through this 10-year vision plan built on three guiding pillars: Catalyst, Inclusive Organization, and Hub for Business. Reinforcing all three pillars is our commitment to Organizational Excellence, which remains at the heart of everything we do here at the Chamber.

Simply put, we are not a cookie-cutter chamber. From our corporate members to our small businesses and sole proprietors, we serve them all by creating a chamber within a chamber. Our Fit level structure allows members to plug in at the right level for the right benefits and to be with their peer group. We say “aim for that next group, if that’s where you want to grow your business next, and we will help you get there.” It’s this chamber-within-a-chamber model that gives members the most value. And regardless of Fit membership level, we bring them together on key policy issues in our business community for the betterment of the entire region.

Thank you for the privilege of serving you on your journey and we’re honored to begin another year together, promoting your business and Tampa Bay’s brand. With our Chamber’s bold Vision 2026 in focus, the best is yet to come! Don’t miss a moment!

Sincerely,

Bob Rohrlack, DBA, CCE
