Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay Annual Meeting
Emerging Leaders Annual Meeting is Emerging Leaders’ signature event. This annual dinner provides Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay members, as well as the Tampa Bay business community, the opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of the organization throughout the year. The Deanne Dewey Roberts Emerging Leader Award is presented, past leadership is celebrated, and the new Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay Leadership Team is welcomed.
Aspire Program
The mission of the Aspire Program is to elevate young professionals through education, empowerment, and engagement to prepare the next generation of Tampa Bay business leaders to create positive change for the region.
Engage Series
Our Engage Series provides young professionals, ages 21 – 35, with an opportunity to go beyond traditional networking. At Engage, we'll dive into timely topics affecting our business community and surround you with the best and brightest in our region to discuss, and find solutions for, matters that impact the marketplace.
Empower Series
Our Empower Series was formed to encourage entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship in our community. Once per month we will facilitate a friendly conversation with a business owner and/or executive and have them share their stories from the trenches with a select group of Emerging Leaders. From forming and funding, to operating, or even selling, you will walk away empowered with intelligence and confidence to start or strengthen your business.
Mentor-Protégé Program
A pillar of Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay is the Mentor-Protégé Program. This exclusive mentoring program aims to develop long-term mutually beneficial relationships between experienced business leaders and motivated young professionals. Protégés will complete the program with an action plan to assist them in achieving personal success. This is a mutual contract between Mentor and Protégé dedicating nine months to this program to assist and grow together.
Nonprofit Volunteer Fair
The Nonprofit Volunteer Fair helps to increase awareness for community service and allow individuals an opportunity to become familiar with the various non-profit organizations within the Tampa Bay community. It also provides the perfect platform for nonprofits to reach young professionals who are making a difference.
Vision Series
Our Vision Series was created to address long term, multidimensional issues with the potential to change the trajectory of our business community. During our Vision Series events, you will engage in dialogue with key community stakeholders, create opportunity for future generations, and be exposed to content that will create the headlines of tomorrow.
