For the past eighteen years, the Women of Influence Luncheon has been a consistent sell-out, drawing in a crowd of 600+ attendees. This event features a nationally or globally renowned female speaker who shares her inspiring journey to professional success, leaving attendees with valuable insights and advice.

These semi-annual events offer a platform to hear from and engage with accomplished women who generously share their professional journeys and success strategies. Additionally, these gatherings offer a space to address pertinent topics of significance to the broader business community.
Plans Women's Programming, including the annual Women of Influence Luncheon, one of the Chamber’s Signature Events, and two smaller luncheons and two evening events each year. The committee is also active in various outreach efforts, partnering with existing Chamber programs to assist with public policy initiatives, veteran employment efforts and young professional mentorship.
