Cammie Chatterton is one of the first women in the U.S. to own a retail food brokerage business, having established Bay Food Brokerage in 1993. Along with her executive and entrepreneurial leadership as CEO and President of Bay Food Brokerage for over 32 years, she has three decades of experience in perishable foods, predominately focusing on the meat, dairy, seafood and deli side of the retail industry.
In her current role, Cammie leverages her long-standing vision and values to help guide Bay Food Brokerage through high-level guidance and support to the executive team, as well as to representatives of Bay Food’s manufacturer clients and retailer partners.

Under Cammie’s leadership, Bay Food Brokerage has won the Tampa Bay Chamber’s Small Business of the Year Award in 2020 in the 21-50 Employees category and has made the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s annual Largest Women-Owned Businesses List every year since 2019.
Cammie graduated from Marshall University in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree in business management and communications. Her personal interests include spending time with family, friends and spoiling the grandchildren; traveling to new places and the places she loves going back to; cheering on the Bucs, Lightning, Jesuit and WVU sports; and relaxing at home with a good book by the pool and lake.
