Tampa Bay Chamber Involvement

Drew Jenkins is Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for Transportation Control Systems, Inc. (TCS). TCS is a Tampa based business that specializes in providing advanced traffic control technologies tailored to modern roadway safety and management needs.

Prior to joining TCS, Drew was a partner with the Tampa-based law firm Bush Ross, P.A. where he served as Co-Practice Group Leader for its Corporate Transactional Group. His practice focused primarily on commercial finance, secured lending, real estate, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and contract law. In addition to regularly providing general in-house counsel services to his clients, Drew gained extensive experience representing and counseling financial institutions in structuring and documenting real estate and asset-based lending and debt restructuring transactions in a broad range of industries, including automobile dealerships, commercial and residential development, marine, manufacturing, restaurants, hotels, industrial and recycling.

Throughout his career, Drew has been heavily involved with service to the legal profession. He has served on the Hillsborough County Bar Association Young Lawyers’ Division Board of Directors, the Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers’ Division Board of Governors and the Board of Directors for the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Drew currently serves on the Hillsborough County Bar Foundation Board of Trustees.

Drew has also been significantly engaged with the Tampa Bay community, previously serving on the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay Board of Directors and currently serving on the Tampa Police Athletic League Board of Directors and the Board of Directors for the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, where he has acted as Legal Counsel on the Executive Committee.

Drew graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida and attended Stetson University College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. Drew was born in Raleigh, North Carolina and raised in Tampa, Florida.
