Mark Pitts is a dynamic business leader with 30+ years of experience accelerating results, driving revenue, and increasing operating profit. Mark possesses a history of serving in a large public FORTUNE 100 organization, as well as a midsize family-owned company, and a distinguished professional sports franchise. In each chapter, he offered multi-cultural and multi-generational leadership overseeing sales generation, complex project management, and talent capability building across US, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.  He transcends traditional functional roles and is recognized as a change agent who champions the alignment of corporate cultural to organizational needs that drive sales and inspire customer, stakeholder, and employee loyalty. He navigates fluidly between strategic, creative, and operational expertise to drive performance and effectiveness both vertically and horizontally across business enterprises. He is viewed as a leader-of-leaders and has served as a value-added mentor and collaborative resource to dozens of colleagues over the course of his career.

His executive-level strategic leadership experiences include Vice President, National Sales, Burger King Account Team, Vice President & General Manager, Tea and Coffee Portfolio for Coca-Cola North America, and Chief of Staff to the Executive Vice President and President of the Bottling Investments Group (BIG), the Company owned bottlers in 18 countries, generating $14 billion in revenue and employing more than 65,000 employees, Group Vice President, Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, Chief Operating Officer, Vinik Sports Group, and currently, Vice President & General Manager, Florida Fresh Vending & Markets.  

Pitts received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma and his Executive MBA from Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia. Mark and his wife Leah have been married for 36 years, and they have one son, Mark-II, who live in Los Angeles.
