Michael Blasco is the CEO and Co-Founder of Tampa Bay Food Trucks, a premier food truck catering and party planning company serving clients across Central Florida. Michael leads a dynamic team of business development professionals and compliance specialists who provide coast-to-coast service throughout the region. Since founding the company in 2011 and expanding into Orlando in 2015, he has been instrumental in shaping Florida’s food truck industry—from hosting Tampa’s first food truck rally to influencing state-level licensing reform.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Michael moved to Tampa in 2006. He is passionate about fostering small business growth and helping the regional business community thrive through deeper connection and collaboration.
