Abigail L. Perez is the Director of Impact and Community Relations at the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County, where she leads strategic efforts to engage families, early learning providers, employers, and community partners in support of school readiness and early childhood success. With nearly 20 years of experience in early childhood, family services, and community engagement, she has overseen initiatives such as countywide family engagement efforts, the Day of Play, the ELC Ambassador Program, and the launch of the Coalition’s Customer Relations Center to improve the experience of families seeking services.​

Abigail’s career spans leadership roles at the Early Childhood Council of Hillsborough County and community engagement work with Molina Healthcare, building strong partnerships across healthcare, education, and the nonprofit sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from the University of South Florida and a Non-Profit Leadership Certificate from the University of Tampa, and she is a fluent Spanish-English interpreter passionate about ensuring that all families can access the resources their children need to thrive.
