Antoinette is a dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in the field of Behavioral Health, providing direct service as a therapist, qualified supervisor, program and clinic manager and now serving as Chief Clinical Officer at Cove Behavioral Health.
Her professional focus has been on promoting the concept of integrated behavioral healthcare starting with ensuring that both mental health and addiction issues are accurately diagnosed, and now expanding to whole person assessment including medical and social needs to improve patient outcomes and social determinants of health. She also has an interest in exploring the use of technology intervention and using treatment innovations to improve patient engagement in their behavioral health recovery outcomes.
She maintains enthusiasm for the integration of mental health and addiction treatment, commitment to addressing health disparities, implementation of Recovery Oriented Systems of Care and provision of inclusive treatment for our community. She is a dually licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Mental Health Counselor who ensures that her organization is positioned to provide quality behavioral health care through her leadership of a diverse team of physicians, nurse practitioners, licensed clinicians, counselors, case managers and peer specialist.
