Serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, and community advocate Ashley Butler; uses her personal and professional resources to empower and advance her community. She earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of South Florida, her concentration in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication paving the way for her unique and personable approach to entrepreneurship, mentorship, and community-building.

Born and raised in Tampa, Ashley has been a dedicated and successful entrepreneur for over 20 years. Since 2006 Ashley has been a franchisee of Ice Cold Air and has owned and operated three Ice Cold Air locations with the South Dale Mabry site as her mainstay since 2007. From 2017- 2022 she developed Butler Automotive Management, a fleet management and concierge automotive servicing company. In January 2023 she acquired the Ice Cold Air Company exchanging her franchisee title to become Franchisor and expanding Ice Cold Air’s offerings to Fleet Clients by merging BAM with ICA.

Ashley serves on the board of Kitchen Table Literary Arts, the USF Foundation Board, USF Alumni Association Board, and as the Alumni Chair for the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce Minority Business Accelerator. For the past eleven years she has not lost sight of grassroots marketing and has continued to be a member of the leadership team for the BNI: Dealmakers chapter. Butler is a founding member of USF’s Black Leadership Network, where she contributes strategic planning and fundraising support.
