Chimere Sidney leads the company’s Overall People and Operations Team with responsibility for business in the United States. She also oversees the company’s ongoing expansion efforts into emerging markets by analyzing internal operations, identifying areas of process enhancement, developing actionable business strategies, and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO.

In previous roles, Sidney served in Leadership, Coaching, Training and Development, Operations, Aerospace Medicine, and Sales positions. She has also worked in Higher Education for 18+ years, Financial Institutions, Education Technology, and served in the US Military. Some of the previous companies she worked for include ThriveDX (Formally HackerU), The University of Tampa, Saint Leo University, Old Dominion University, US Air Force Reserves, and Wells Fargo Financial to name a few.

Sidney is a proactive, driven, and flexible Air Force Veteran able to communicate effectively and provide guidance to others when navigating complex business and education requirements. She is also a motivated strategist with refined decision-making skills and valuable adaptability, frequently adjusting plans to promote best practices in changing environments.

Sidney holds an Executive MBA Degree from The University of Tampa, a Master’s Degree in Psychology from University of Phoenix, a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a Minor in Sociology from Old Dominion University, Associates Degree in Applied Science from the Community College of the Air Force, a Leadership Coach Certification from UT’s Sykes College of Business - TECO Energy Center for Leadership, and a Life Coach Certification from JRNI Catalyst Life Coaching Intensive, ICF. Sidney currently resides in Florida with her husband, Carl Sidney, two children, Hannah and John, and their dog (Geo). In her spare time, she loves traveling, reading, researching, listening to music, and spending time with family.
