Christopher Cunningham has over 17 Years of experience as an entrepreneur. In 2015 Christopher founded and has been President of Dry 24 Water Restoration. He is a Florida Licensed Mold Assessor & Remediator and holds IICRC designations of a Master Water Restorer and a Commercial Drying Specialist. He has vertically expanded his business by adding e-commerce and retail stores. Serving as president, the e-commerce store is named USA Commercial Supply while the Home Center Retail Store is named True Value America. Christopher serves as President of them both. However his passion is real estate redevelopment, and he has a diverse portfolio ranging from single family homes to a City Block. He also owns agricultural real estate that is a part of the Florida Forest Service Forest Management Plan. He believes in community based Urban Redevelopment that spans from buying ugly duckling single family homes in the Midwest to a recent purchase and renovation of a 5 Building 1.88 Acre City Block. He is a graduate of Florida A & M University.
