Cole Robinson is the Owner and President of multiple Fish Window Cleaning franchise locations, leading one of the fastest-growing commercial window cleaning operations in the United States. Her Tampa-based team earned the Tampa Bay Chamber’s Small Business of the Year award (5–20 employees), and Cole herself has been recognized with the Pinnacle Club and Rookie of the Year honors. They service over 2,200 commercial and residential clients around Hillsborough County, utilizing computerized route management systems for optimal efficiency.  She also served as the Southeast Regional representative with the Fish Window Cleaning franchise advisory committee, providing valuable feedback to the corporate franchise ownership of Fish Window Cleaning Services, Inc. of St. Louis, Missouri.

With over 15 years of leadership within the Tampa Bay community, her style centers on cultivating a workplace culture rooted in customer service, safety, and human kindness. She is deeply committed to workforce development and actively supports regional education initiatives through her civic involvement, including active volunteer roles with Hillsborough Education Foundation and Tampa Bay Chamber. Her entrepreneurial background is vital to ensuring initiatives are successfully executed.

Prior to launching her franchises, Cole held senior roles at Creative Sign Designs, where she managed complex design-build projects and oversaw brand implementation for architectural signage. Her career has spanned purchasing, sales, and strategic account management, with a consistent focus on growth and operational excellence.

Cole has a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Agribusiness from the University of Florida.  Post commencement, she has continued her education in Business Management and Sales with Dale Carnegie Leadership training and Red Rock Sales training programs. In 2019, she obtained her OSHA 30 certification.
