
Cole Robinson
Owner & President – Fish Window Cleaning
Cole was born and raised in suburban Sacramento, California. She relocated to the Panhandle of Florida post commencement. While working full time at Dillard’s Department Stores, she attended the University of Florida. Upon graduation, Cole continued south to Tampa Bay with Dillard’s. Eventually, she joined Creative Sign Designs as the Company’s first Purchasing Manager.
After her daughter Brooke joined the family, she spent time near family in Pensacola. She was eventually drawn back to Tampa, where she currently lives and plays with her husband and daughter.
As the local franchise owner of Fish Window Cleaning, Cole leads one of the fastest growing commercial window cleaning companies in the US. In her first two years in operation, she obtained the organizations Pinnacle award, was names Rookie of the Year and has secured over 1300 clients. Her team of highly trained technicians perform window cleaning across Hillsborough county. In 2022, the team was recognized as Small Business of the year, 5-20 employees by the Tampa Bay Chamber.
With a sharp focus on attracting, developing and retaining the next generation of skilled workforce, Cole motivates her team by developing a culture where customer-centric philosophy, human kindness and positive interpersonal action are rewarded. They stayed focused on safety initiatives and developing efficient routes to maximize client value.
Her awareness of regional challenges arose out of community participation. She actively promotes education initiatives with her work on the Tampa Bay Chamber Workforce Development committee. As Programs Chair of Leadership Tampa Bay, Cole connects area leaders to regional assets, challenges, and potential solutions.
Prior to owning Fish Window Cleaning, Cole worked for Creative Sign Designs as a Senior Account Manager where she specialized in complex design-build, custom manufacturing and branding implementation in electrical exterior and interior architectural signage products. She was exposed to small business management, as she progressed through her career with the rapidly growing company.
