Deborah joined Baird’s Private Wealth Management in February of 2016 and brings with her a long history and a deep understanding of wealth management issues. Prior to joining Baird, Deborah provided successful individuals, families and businesses with accounting, financial and wealth management services as President of her own firm. There, she built long standing relationships with clients whose combined net assets exceeded more than $250 million. Deborah’s wealth and financial management experience, combined with her CPA and tax background, provides an exceptional level of expertise that is unique in a Financial Advisor.

Deborah received her Master of Accountancy in Taxation from the University of South Florida and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston. She earned her CPA license from the State of Florida in 1999 and started her CPA career in the tax department of Arthur Andersen. Deborah has also served in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), where she helped companies succeed in reaching their accounting and financial goals. These roles gave her experience building relationships and providing customized solutions for her clients.   

Deborah volunteers with The Florida Aquarium’s Audit Committee, Feeding Tampa Bay’s WISH Leadership Team, and is a member of USF Women in Leadership & Philanthropy. She previously served with Robinson High School Foundation, Young Men’s Service League, Tampa Bay-Job-Links, MacFarlane Park PTA Auditor and Dale Mabry Student Advisory Committee. She and her husband, David, live in Tampa with their children, Cameron and Garrett. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
