Dr. Brian Mann currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs at Hillsborough Community College. He is responsible for the strategic direction, coordination, policy development, and compliance of over 70 workforce programs spanning five campuses. He is a seasoned educator with over 25 years’ experience in the field including over 15 years in educational administration and 17 years in career and technical education. Dr. Mann’s background includes senior administrative leadership and significant service in developing innovative programs and marketing strategies, enrollment development, fiscal management, and employer engagement encompassing secondary education, large community college districts, universities, and educationally oriented philanthropic and community based organizations in urban, rural, and suburban communities.
