Edward “EJ” O’Brien III is a retired U.S. Air Force Senior Enlisted Leader and program executive with more than two decades of experience in intelligence operations, project management, and veteran career readiness.

During his 21-year Air Force career, EJ directed global talent management for more than 16,000 ISR Airmen and deployed in support of multiple operations where his leadership directly impacted mission success.

In the private sector, he led enterprise-level initiatives at USAA and Ameritas, managing $50M+ portfolios and improving customer experiences for more than 1.5 million clients.

Now serving as Vice President, Programs at FourBlock, EJ leads nationwide program delivery, alumni engagement, and strategic partnerships. He works closely with universities, employers, and community organizations to prepare veterans and military spouses for meaningful civilian careers.
