Felix Pulido is the President and CTO of Diversity of Thought, Inc. (DOTI), a company that helps organizations identify and achieve their Noble Purpose and become a trusted brand for humanity. His large and in charge presence is mellowed with his warm humility, thought-provoking stories, fun activities, and plethora of cultural references serving his endless analogies.

Felix’s journey began in his school’s computer lab, where he discovered the infinite power of Windows 95’s Microsoft Paint. Since then, he has never stopped exploring the parallels between computers and the human brain. With over 20 years of experience in strategically selected industries, Felix brings a unique perspective on how to combine technology, business, and people. Having personally led and contributed to initiatives in retail, banking, real estate, home inspection, and the sharing economy, he naturally connects with diverse audiences.

As a learning and development professional, Felix is passionate about facilitating growth and learning for his audiences. He has a mastery of adult-learning principles through ATD and continues to study neuroscience through the Academy of Brain-based Leadership. Combined with his ability to design, deliver, and direct learning plans crafted from business goals makes each learning event more impactful than the last.

Through his companies, he has earned recognition from Training Magazine T125, SBA Top 10 Lenders, Airbnb Superhost 8+years, Turo All-Star Host 4+years, and the Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce as a Small Business of the Year 2023.

In addition to his responsibilities at DOTI, Felix is currently CEO of his Sharing Economy company Properties Pulido Inc., and is Co-Founder and CAO of FI Home Services Inc., a residential services and maintenance company. He believes in “compassionate capitalism” and aims to “elevate humanity” through his work.

While unplugged and off-stage, Felix enjoys the beaches of Tampa Bay, spending time with his family and friends, and cruising anywhere South of Florida!
