
Isaac Henderson
Division Vice President – Jacobs
Isaac Henderson is a Division Vice President in the Jacobs Critical Mission Solutions – Advanced Engineering, Research & Operations Business Unit. In his current role, he supports successful program management operating the nation’s 4th largest U.S. Department of Defense network and provides global enterprise IT O&M services for over 77,000 U.S. Special Operations Forces end users operating in 75 countries.
He joined Jacobs in 2012, and over time has held several leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Within CMS Growth and Sales, Isaac helped capture more than $1.7B in contract awards offered to Jacobs. Isaac has received multiple honors during his career, to include a U.S. Special Operations Command Chief Information Officer Appreciation Award, recognizing his leadership and global impact in information technology incident management. Isaac was selected as part of the Tampa Bay Chamber Leadership Class of 2022, highlighting his service to the City of Tampa, influence on important issues facing the region, and commitment to volunteerism. Isaac was recently honored by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as a 2022 40 Under 40 Honoree – celebrating his career achievements and influence within the Tampa business community.
Isaac earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He served as ULM Speech and Debate Team Captain and as a collegiate competitor, he won 183 awards, including nine state titles and four national ranks. In 2004, Isaac became the first person in Louisiana history to advance to the final round at the American Forensics Association National Speech Tournament – an annual event with stringent qualification procedures and more than 75 universities in attendance.
He also earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Saint Leo University, and he currently serves as a Saint Leo Tampa Alumni Chapter Officer.
Isaac is a Children Home Society of Florida Advisory Board Director and a member of the Jacobs Reinventing Excellence Award Evaluation Committee. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Miranda and experiencing new cultures.
