Seven-time Emmy award winning journalist Jamison Uhler anchors the morning newscasts of WTSP, a Chamber Member since 2018.

A news anchor in the Tampa Bay region for over a decade, Uhler is well known as a skilled interviewer and writer, and his work has been recognized by the Society of Professional Journalists; Edward R. Murrow Awards; and the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Suncoast Chapter serving the Southeastern U.S. and Caribbean. He joined the WTSP in January 2024 and anchors Tampa Bay Brightside 4:30am – 7am weekdays.

A native of Philadelphia, Uhler is a graduate of the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism & Mass Communication at Arizona State University. His journalism career also includes tenures in Phoenix, Minneapolis, Tulsa and Philadelphia. Uhler and his wife Amber met in Tampa Bay and have three children.
