Jason Outman, CDME, CASE, serves as the Chief Executive officer of the Greater Tampa REALTORS association, the voice of real estate for Hillsborough County and East Pasco County. With nearly 18,000 REALTOR members, and 350 affiliate members, he leads GTR’s efforts to empower REALTORS as they preserve, protect and advance the right to real property for all. He is a Certified Destination Marketing Executive, and a Certified Association Sales Executive.

Jason has over 15 years of leadership experience serving as an executive officer in the travel & tourism industry, chamber of commerce/economic development, and association leadership. While serving as President & CEO of the 5-Star accredited Branson Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce & CVB, he was named one of 12 People to Know by the Springfield Business Journal, and his Chamber was awarded the 2022 Chamber of the Year by the Missouri Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he regularly served his professional association as a member of the advocacy committee, convention sales & services committee and the diversity, equity, inclusion committee.

Jason graduated from Central Michigan University in 1999 where he received a B.A.A in Interpersonal & Public Communication and Sports Studies. Looking to further his education and advance his career, Jason returned to school where in 2013 he received his Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Hospitality Management.

He married his high school sweetheart, Yavonda, in 2000 and has two children that attend the University of South Carolina.
