Jill Manthey has worked in the dining cruise industry for over 28 years. Jill began her career in New Orleans, LA and relocated to Tampa in 2001 to work for Yacht Starship as their Corporate Sales Manager. She was promoted to Senior Sales Manager in 2003 and Vice President of Sales/Owner in 2009. Jill is responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing for Yacht Starship, along with community relations.

Jill has since developed deep roots in Tampa’s hospitality and business communities. She just finished serving as the Chair of the Leadership Tampa Class of 2021 for the Tampa Bay Chamber. She was the 2018 Cabinet Chair for Leadership Tampa Alumni and has served on the LTA Cabinet for over 6 years for the Tampa Bay Chamber. She is a graduate of the Leadership Tampa Class of 2010. She was the President of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) Tampa Bay Chapter in 2012-2013. She is currently involved in numerous non-profit organizations and local charities.

Jill is married to Troy Manthey where they reside in South Tampa with their 2 boys, ages 18 and 15.

Jill holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of New Orleans.
