Kinard, a Tampa Bay native raised in Clearwater, Florida, brings a wealth of experience to Empowering Creative, a full-service marketing agency he founded in 2020. Kinard honed his work ethic and leadership skills as a two-sport athlete (football and track) while earning a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. He also actively participated in student organizations and boards, demonstrating his well-rounded approach.

Upon graduation, Kinard returned to Florida and embarked on a successful corporate career. He gained valuable insights working for the Home Shopping Network and Citi, but his entrepreneurial spirit yearned for a different path. In 2015, he took the leap, founding Kinard Consulting, a management consulting firm. The challenges of entrepreneurship fueled his determination, shaping him into the resourceful leader he is today.

Kinard's journey took an unexpected turn when he discovered video production during a demanding period. This led to the creation of Kinard Pictures in 2017, offering video services to small businesses. Through client interactions, Kinard recognized the need for a comprehensive marketing solution. This realization sparked the creation of Empowering Creative in 2020, combining his consulting and video expertise into a one-stop shop for businesses. Kinard currently resides in Clearwater with his wife, Maisha.
