Chief Impact Officer, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Kourtney Sanchez joins the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as their Chief Impact Officer.
A third-generation Tampa Bay native, Sanchez brings over a decade’s worth of experience in the non-profit sector, having occupied roles primarily in the development space. She joins the Buccaneers after a year with the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation, serving as its Chief Development & Communications Officer. Prior to that, she spent four years at AdventHealth as the Executive Director of the Hillsborough County Foundations, directing all fundraising and community engagement activities across three AdventHealth campuses in Hillsborough County.
Sanchez also had stops at the American Heart Association and the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation. While at the former, she worked as a director for both Go Red for Women and the Heart Walk, driving revenue generation for both properties. With the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation, she worked as their Director of Development, crossing paths with the Buccaneers through the organizations’ annual Cut & Color Funds the Cure event.
A graduate of the University of Florida, Sanchez would go on to obtain her Master’s of Management Studies from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business. In 2022, she obtained her Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from the Harvard Business School.
