Lauren G. Weiner, Ph.D.

Lauren Weiner, Ph.D., founded WWC Global in 2004 and is now the Chief Revenue Officer.

She established and developed WWC Global’s business model to bring dependable, honest management expertise to government contracting. She has continuously pushed new boundaries of excellence from both client and employee perspectives, supporting internal staff and contracting partner relationships alike, while guiding the company to surpass operational objectives.

Lauren’s management profile and forward-thinking approach to federal contracting led to significant milestones for the organization, including expansion to over 350 employees in 17 contract locations.

Prior to WWC Global, Lauren worked at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) in the Executive Office of the President. Under two different presidential administrations, she oversaw policy development, implementation and performance assessment for multiple federal agencies.

Her academic accomplishments include a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan and a Ph.D. from Dartmouth College.

Lauren currently serves on the Board of Directors for Tampa Bay Wave, St. Joseph/Baptist BayCare Hospital System, and the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce.

She has lectured at the Military Influencer Conference, various Hiring Our Heroes events across the country, the GovCon Small Business Summit and was named a “Woman of Distinction” by the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida.

Lauren is co-founder of In Gear Career, now part of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Hiring our Heroes program, as well as a co-founder of Homefront Rising, a program that educates military spouses for roles in politics, policy and advocacy.
