Lennise Germany is the Founder and CEO of Livy O’s Culinary Services. From humble beginnings selling meals from the trunk the family vehicle in 2014, under Lennise's leadership, Livy O's has thrived to servicing thousands of meals per day to charter schools & rehabilitation facilities, a preferred vendor for the USDA, performing wedding & banquet catering, concession services in partnership with Aramark Food Service, and was one of 16 caterers to perform at the 2021 NFL Super Bowl #GoBucs. 

As one of the Bay Area’s most sought-after caterers, Lennise is not slowing down! She is routinely seen on ABC, CBS, and Fox television stations performing live cooking demonstrations and providing entrepreneurial insight. As a servant leader of her community, Lennise serves a board member of the Bullard Family Foundation, previous committee chairman for the Minority Enterprise Program at the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, and volunteer for the Metropolitan Ministries of Tampa. She was also a past board member of the YMCA, the Brandon Chamber of Commerce, and the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce. Lennise is the wife of Omar Germany, who is the CFO at Livy O's, and is the mother of 6 amazing children. Lennise’s life's motto is that she can do anything until she cannot.
