Marynes Mateos is Matcon Construction Services, Inc., Managing Director, she is responsible for managing the direction of the company working closely with division leaders looking for opportunities to increase efficiencies and speed up processes across the business. She has been in the Construction industry since 2018. Marynes holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida. She holds a Real Estate License from the State of Florida. Prior to joining Matcon Construction and over the course of 15 years, Marynes held various leadership roles in the banking industry managing complex treasury services for corporate clients.

An HPWA (Hipanic Professional Women Association) member since 2018, Marynes was HPWA 2021-2022 Program Mentor and currently serves as HPWA 2022-2023 Mentorship Chair. Additionally, Marynes previously served as Co-Chair for Cohort ’22 for the Tampa Bay Chamber -Minority Business Accelerator Program and a previous member of the University of South Florida ISLAC Advisory Council.

Marynes has called Tampa home for 23 years. She is passionate about guiding and inspiring our leaders of tomorrow achieve their educational and professional goals.
