Mia Tramontana is a Strategic Partnerships Manager at Brick Media, a social-first marketing agency that partners with established brands to build clear, compelling digital presence.

In her current role, she leads growth initiatives, develops strategic relationships, and plays a key role in shaping how the agency communicates both externally and internally as it continues to grow.

Known for her relationship-driven approach, Mia believes strong personal brands are built at the intersection of self-awareness, consistency, and meaningful connection.

Outside of her professional work, she is also a yoga teacher, bringing a grounded, intentional perspective to how individuals show up and communicate. Mia serves as Co-Chair of the Hospitality & Tourism Committee for the St. Petersburg Area
Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the Public Relations Society of America Tampa Bay Champer.
