Mike is a native of St Petersburg and gained much of his 30 years’ hospitality experience in reputable chains such as Hooters, Steak & Ale and Outback Steakhouse. At Outback, Mike operated 15 restaurants with a staff of over 1,400 employees and 65 Managers. Under his leadership, his territory on the West Coast of Florida increased store sales from 41.3 million to 49.8 million in three years. At the end of Mike’s 16-year tenure at Outback, his total unit sales represented 63 million and was the highest performing region in Florida.

Mike’s next challenge was to revitalize the brand and grow sales for a restaurant in downtown St Petersburg. After relocating an underperforming location to Beach Drive, Mike grew the fast casual restaurant from 1.3 MM to 4.4 MM annually and positioned the brand for expansion.

Mike is currently CEO of 3 Daughters Brewing, one of the largest independent craft breweries in Florida. The brewery currently has 3 locations and welcomes over 150,000 visitors each year in the original tasting room. 3 Daughters Brewing has grown to over 75 employees and serves beer, ciders, and ready to drink (RTD) cocktails in over 4,100 retail accounts. Mike is also the proud father of three daughters, ages 20, 18 and 14.
