Dr. Monica Maybank is Founder and CEO of The Almond Group, a leadership development firm. Dr. Maybank leads the firm’s strategy and works one-on-one with executives, leadership teams, and diversity councils throughout the country to help shape and implement long-term strategic visions for organizational change. 

Dr. Maybank is a former federal lobbyist and educational advocate. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Howard University and a doctoral degree Claremont Graduate University.
