Olivier Millour
Vice President, Community & Government Affairs - Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay
Olivier grew up in the Tampa area, earning his high school diploma from Wharton High School. He then earned his undergraduate degrees in Political Science and International Affairs from Florida State University. Serving as an educator with the Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission in Tallahassee and then as English instructor in Beauvais, France, Olivier returned to the Tampa area in 2020 to continue his career locally. For five years, Olivier has served on the staff of Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay, of which he is a proud student alumnus and scholarship recipient. In his current role as Vice President of Community & Government Affairs, Olivier serves on the senior leadership team and reports to the President & CEO, overseeing critical functions including marketing, strategic communications, public funding initiatives and public relations. In 2025, Olivier served as Chair of the Tampa Bay Chamber‘s Workforce Development Committee. He has been a member of Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay for five years, serving as Hub For Business Co-Chair in 2023. Olivier co-created Generation JA, Junior Achievement’s local young professionals' group. He has served on the Mayor’s Workforce Council and speaks regularly on the topics of education and workforce development. He and his wife Michelle are active parishioners of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in downtown Tampa, where they serve in ministry and volunteer.
